radial tyre steel cord is also called hose wire,brass-plated steel wire,rubber tube wire,or brass rubber tube wire. Brass coated steel wire(hose wire) is manufactured according to BS, ASTM,EN,ISO or customers requirements.It is widely used as reinforcement layer of the rubber hose, and wrapped plastic hose in the form of braid or spirally wrapped(spiral hydraulic hoses). These high-pressure rubber hoses could sustain high pressure and high impact,and they can be used for machinery,aviation,ocean,oil drilling industry and some other special occasions. The surface of steel wire for hose reinforcement is plated a layer of uniform copper zinc alloy.
